There's a lot of stuff here and here, many of them are really good... but - I know that's the web's nature - it can be hard to sum all the tips you can find all over sometimes...
What got me worried in the article, was the implication that by 3 months you wouldn't see more improvement? I've been routinely told, even by the Freeman book, that it is 6 months. And, I have heard from many more families that they'll keep seeing reductions as far as a year out!
