SEO reporting for better SEO results.

With Google search (Hummingbird), keyword ranking reports are dying so here's what you should be reporting for better SEO results:

1. Keyword Rank Indexes

Keyword groups e.g. keywords that contain 'iPhone', shows if your visibility in the SERPs is increasing or decreasing.

2. Reach

If  your content is good it'll be earning links, shares and mentions:
  • Organic Traffic
  • Referral Traffic
  • Social Traffic
  • Total Traffic

3. Endorsements

Google is looking for editorial endorsements:
  • Classic Links
  • Mentions
  • Press
  • Social Endorsements
These also give you an opportunity to either reach out to the people and form a relationship or leave a comment or find new link building opportunities, find new social authorities, and it strengthens the whole thing, and it actually improves you visibility overall.

4. KPIs

Show how your efforts resulted in achieving your Business objectives and goals.
